ICETM was established in 2001 in Cairo, Egypt by a team of senior managers and engineers with 20 to 30 years of experience from Shell, Stone & Webster (Canada), Bantrel (Canada), Shell (Netherlands) and ADNOC (UAE).

Our management have long time experience with ADNOC, NPCC, NMDC, NOC, IOC and major TIC companies in the Middle East. We are based in Abu Dhabi, Egypt, Canada, Iraq and serving worldwide inspection through our strong network of multidiscipline inspectors.

Al Basra Oil Terminal (ABOT)

ABOT Asset Integrity & Rehabilitation

Basra Oil Company (BOC) owns and operates the Al Basra Oil Terminal (ABOT) in the north part of the Arabian Gulf, Offshore Iraq, in approximately 35m of water depth. The terminal receives oil from the FAO Crude Oil Storage Terminal via existing crude oil pipelines originally built in 1975.

Khor Al-Amaya Oil Terminal (KAOT)

BOC owns and operates the Khoor Al-Amaya Oil Terminal (KAOT) in the north Arabian Gulf. The main terminal was constructed in 1962 including Central Island, accommodation, berthing tug and mooring dolphins. In 1974, additional structures were constructed including 2 loading platforms, 4 berthing and 4 mooring dolphins.

Key Capability:

4 berthing dolphins can accommodate large tankers up to 350,000 DWT — demonstrating our capacity for mega-scale offshore terminal integrity projects.
